BUILDING THE PEOPLE, SYSTEMS AND LEADERSHIP BEHIND THE NEXT PRODUCTION ERA
ABOUT VIRTUAL PRODUCTION DOJOVirtual Production Dojo is a founder-led capability-development organisation working at the intersection of industry practice, academic rigour and applied innovation.
We support studios, universities, governments and creative organisations in understanding, implementing and leading virtual production, digital-human, immersive and real-time technologies.
WHO WE ARE
A Capability Partner for Real-Time Transformation
Virtual Production Dojo develops more than technical proficiency. We help organisations build the knowledge, leadership, workflows and confidence required to adopt emerging technologies responsibly and sustainably.
Our programmes combine specialist training, executive education, institutional development and applied research. Each engagement is designed around organisational context, strategic priorities and measurable capability outcomes.
The objective is not simply to introduce new tools. It is to build lasting capability.

From Programme Architecture to Recognised Student Outcomes
In his academic capacity at Georgia State University’s Creative Media Industries Institute, Prof. Jeasy Sehgal spearheaded significant elements of the academic strategy, curriculum direction and specialist course development supporting the M.F.A. concentration in Digital Filmmaking, Virtual Production and Visual Effects.
His courses connected virtual cinematography, real-time pipelines, digital humans, animation, performance capture, world-building and practice-led research within a coherent graduate learning environment.
This experience demonstrates VPD’s capacity to translate emerging technology into structured curricula, studio-based learning, faculty development and sustainable institutional capability.
