The Certificate in Virtual Production Methodologies is for creative professionals and those with prior creative interests who want to understand the intricacies and working methodologies entailed in the emerging Virtual Production industry for Filmmakers.
This training provides candidates with contemporary skills / know-hows prerequisite to the growing field of virtual production. Participants will learn the basics of filmmaking in Unreal Engine, understand the principles of animation and character design pipelines and create a complete short film project that demonstrates proficiency in both the engine and its application across several stages of production.
This program is focused primarily on motion picture production, the course will also enable participants to create content across a variety of creative use cases.

In the interview, we will assess the candidates’ suitability for the course via one-on-one consultation. - Portfolio
We are looking for evidence of creativity demonstrated through a collection of works in your creative portfolio. Applicants for the program will need to evidence a portfolio of work demonstrating their creative ability to create visually compelling and exciting stories. Your portfolio may include short films, scripts, animation, photography, storyboards, multimedia, visual art. - English Language Requirements
As the language of instruction of this program is in English, you will need a professional level working knowledge of the English language in order to enroll for the program. You may need to provide evidence of your English Language Proficiency if requested.
